Seva Resource Initiative (SRI)
This seva team provides resources for devotees to help them to engage in devotional service, and to form effective teams and groups.
To help individuals and groups effectively connect talents, enthusiasm, opportunities for service and sevateams.
This seva team provides resources for devotees to help them to engage in devotional service, and to form effective teams and groups. The team originally came into being to facilitate the creation of the Sevateams website. We want to form a sevateam that can help devotees to find their talents and engagement, to communicate with each other, to manage projects. We also want to develop “devotee-centred coaching” to help them to make effective action plans, carry them through, and manage obstacles.
Our Needs:
We need devotees who are experienced and skilled in non-prescriptive facilitation of individuals and groups.
We need to develop a culture of helping devotees in essential areas relating to personal and inter-personal skills in a spiritual context.
We need to develop specific skills and programs to facilitate devotees in their service, and in personal and inter-personal areas relating to and affecting their service.
How You can Participate:
You can share your experience and insights regarding personal and interpersonal skills relating to service and team-building.
You can help to develop programs for helping individuals and groups, and you can take part in these programs.
