Shakti House is an Ashram and Bhakti Center on the West Side of Miami that hosts programs for the expansion of Mahaprabhu's mission.

Dear Devotees,

Dandavat Pranam.  All glories to Sri Sri Guru & Gauranga.  All Glories to Sri Sri Radha Govinda ji!

I hope you are all doing well by Krishna's mercy.  I'm doing great.  I just got back from a very inspiring trip to Badger & LA Rose Temple.  I heard about Tirta Maharaj's instruction to keep Miami Bhakti expansion going.  I will like to dedicate The Shakti House to this mission.  We have a great location in an area which hasn't been exposed to devotees for many years, 5 minutes from Florida International University and the humungulously popular Dolphin Mall.  Shakti House has been a meeting point for Vaishnavas of ALL groups since it's inception in March 2011.  

We have hosted many traveling preachers and want to continue and expand on this.  We want to have regular Bhakti Programs.  So far, we have been supporting the place by renting rooms to devotees who mostly work outside and pay rent.  We want to switch the focus for it to be supported by book distribution by devotees who live here and donations for regular programs held here.  We have 2 rooms available now.      

We need devotees enthusiastic about doing harinam, book distribution, preaching, giving class, kirtan, cooking and most of all sharing Mahaprabhu's mission with the West Side of Miami.  

Harmony Yoga is a project associated with Shakti House.  Harmony Yoga is based on the Harmony teachings of Srila Gurudeva.  After reading the book and hearing Syamarani didi's classes on the book I realize that self-development is key to us getting along and expanding in this mission.  Harmony Yoga events such us this one we have coming up: www.harmonyyoga108.com includes all the Yogas leading up to Bhakti Yoga.  We bring together different healers and teachers to help us deal with our "stuff" and be in the best position to serve.  All under the roof of Bhakti.   

We are also training in Radiant Child Yoga to be able to serve the little people of the community.
